Too kind in many ways
eyes that light up my days
gentleness that warms my heart
this love that can't tear us apart
Her graceful step towards me
makes me go off of stride
Her sweet smile is a killer
to my heartbeat
making it skip and run forth a mile
Her laugh rushes my blood
gushing towards my head
and her eyes devour mine
as if researching my soul
to carry and to hold
Lips red as cherries
when he kisses me
like pure butterfly wings
hugs when i cry at night
caressing me so light
She's an Angel that dropped
from the heavens
right into my view
and all the past mistakes I delivered
all the pain we went thru
she accepts me for who I am
And I haven't a clue
Why she stays
But her mind will never change
