poem

Butterflies have temporarily ceased
due to your absence.
they no longer titillate desires...
their wings immobilized by loneliness.

Air filled with toxic abandon
emotions that once ran blissful
Disabled: thick with cravings..
that gave me flight

Passion, need, intensify solitude
as lachrymose eyes speak I love you.
Skating along the cliff of insanity...
my heart whispers I miss you.

Delicate threads of hope aspire
tethered from the heart,
kissed by possibilities, fired
by promises of yesterday
