poem

Hanging by a noose of parental rule
air thick in restrictions.
I'm suffocating!
Butterfly of creativity caged.

Acceptance and good faith,
rot on the ground of pretense.
pseudonym love;
Colors drain from once vibrant wings

Freedom screams to be heard,
only to be ignored once again.
Hear me!
Silent tears like rivers flow.

Judgment cast upon the wind
covering me in condemnation.
Believe in me!
I'll not let you down

As teens we have our troubles,
making some mistakes.
love and a little faith,
you'll be surprised what you create.
